Salad selection from Partners in Packaging
A LEADING UK fresh produce packer of salad crops is taking delivery of two tray de-nesters from MGS Machine Corporation, the world’s largest supplier of denesters.
Supplied by UK principle Partners in Packaging of Heywood, Manchester, the two IPP390D vacuum-fed tray de-nesters are capable of speeds up to 120/minute.
Supplied by UK principle Partners in Packaging, of Heywood, Manchester, key features of the fully automatic machines are: stainless IP65 specification, which makes the machines suitable for wash down in harsh environments, and the cantilevered design that allows easy access.
Also featured are three large capacity magazines and the patented Kwik Klip technology that allows ‘running to running’ changeover in minutes.
All models within the MGS de-nester feature PIAB or Gast vacuum feeding systems, no tool changeover, quick change vacuum heads, downstream surge controls and low level magazine sensors.
