Pleasant Surprise for Scotts
Partners in Packaging Ltd, the UK agent for Etipack labelling systems, has supplied two Etipack Surprise 2.5 label applicators to contract packer Scotts Packaging Ltd, of Featherstone, West Yorkshire.
Specialists in packing food and confectionery products, Scotts Packaging Ltd is using the units to apply pressure sensitive labels up to 250mm wide onto a range of products including top label application for flow wrapped biscuit products and simple top or side labels for promotional cartons and packing cases.
The Surprise range of labellers can run at speeds up to 30m/minute and give high precision and reliable labelling and thermal transfer or hot foil printers can be retro-fitted onto the labellers without major modification work.
