PICK N PLACE PACKS A PUNCH
THE NEW series of ITX intermittent Pick n’ Place Denesters suitable for the bakery industry from cartoning specialist MGS, of the US, has been launched in the UK by distributor and agent Partners in Packaging.
The range has a number of new features including new motion controls that allow increased machine flexibility to provide both sidewall pick off of trays with profiled bottoms, as well as straight pick for standard trays. Additionally, KwikKlip assembly offers quick and easy magazine adjustments and changeover, while its construction means it is suitable for most non-caustic washdown environments. .
The machine features air cylinder drive for a virtually maintenance free motion control and drive system. It runs at up to 50 cycles/minute per lane and can be customised for individual customer requirements.
