Pharmaseal a tamper evident label applicator and the Surprise RFID tag applicator will be shown for the first time in the UK.
The Etipack Pharmaseal system is a compact and flexible automatic labelling solution that fits easily into packaging lines and features in-feed conveyors that can be adjusted according to product size, as well as label folding guides that can be repositioned for a range of different applications.
Available in two versions - Pharmaseal and Pharmaseal Plus – the systems operate at speeds from 50-200 pieces/minute. Pharmaseal Plus is also equipped with missing labels controls; ejection of non-labelled products; and touch screen controls.
The Surprise applicator for RFID tag applications, described as the “Queen of labellers”, has been recently adapted for RFID applications.
The system is based on stepper motor technology that ensures precise and reliable application. The Manual Speed Regulator can be adjusted rapidly, while the automatic encoder provides accurate product detection to ensure precise placement of the tag.
