De-nesting Gurus throw down the gauntlet
Partners in Packaging's (PiP) claim to be the Gurus of de-nesting machinery is proven with three exciting options from its ‘one-stop-shop’ range.
Providing solutions to suits everyone's needs are the Speed-Disp - targeted at rigid trays; the RPP rotary for shallow trays and the IPP classic pick and place range designed for maximum flexibility on all other styles of tray. The IPP is particularly suited to deep trays of poor quality and thin material. Both the RPP and IPP classics feature ‘kwik-clip frames’ for fast, repeatable operator size changes.
“Our aim is to be a ‘one-stop-shop’ for de-nesting equipment and through our expertise in this key area, to take the strain when it comes to finding the best solution for the job at hand.” explained Duncan Macintyre, MD, PiP.
Among the other introductions to the PiP stable are the Pro Series ST 1250 card feeder featuring the new ‘Flow-fold’ designed to take flat pre-creased U and C cards and fold them as they are dispensed; the Vepatec Stainless Steel SSV200 tray sleeving machine, which applies sleeves from a flat blank to ready meal, frozen food and other pre-formed trays; and the Etipack System 9 printing and labelling system, designed to offer variable and sequential printing and application of labels to cartons and envelopes.
