VEPATEC, of Germany, is a manufacturer of Top load and Specialist cartoning systems including Carton Erecting, Carton closing, sleeving and product loading and end-of-line packaging systems. Tailor-made solutions are offered to enhance cost reduction through automation, reduced use of packaging material and handling of packaging material in the manufacturing operation.
Vepatec offer a variety of styles and carton shapes: with or without hinged lids, triangular, hexagonal and octagonal cartons, and double-wall and wave-shaped cartons; and tapered trays for the food, snacks and confectionery end use sectors.
Standard erecting machines are designed to use hot-melt adhesives while different modular units provide a range of options including lock corner, heat-sealing and fold-over end.
Also on offer are a range of solutions including product-transfer- and loading stations. While bespoke closing solutions are designed to meet customer demands.
Another arm of Vepatec’s expertise is Tray-Erecting machines for pallet, sorting, collating and piling stations, flexible and productive pick & place units for product handling, as well as side-loaders for wrap-around trays and American cases.
