The XT 1200 feeder/collator dropper is ideal for applications such as wrapper and cartoning infeed conveyors and is the worlds fastest card feeder collator.
Using the latest servo drive technology, the XT1200 machine is capable of speeds up to 1,200 cards/minute. It uses Streamfeeder's Patented Differential Friction Technology™ for fast reliable feeding and batch counting of products up to 25mm thick.
The micro-processor controlled ST1250 features Differential Friction Technology which offers precise product separation and singulation. For example, while in one shot mode business cards can be inserted at over 750 pieces/minute. Applications include:
