Partners in Packaging was formed in 2001 by Duncan Macintyre and Wayne Stevens both formerly with Rose Forgrove and CAM.
Ed Hewitt joined Partners in Packaging as sales manager of its Product Handling Division in July 2005 from Ilapak. He is responsible for all UK and European sales of the MGS tray de-nesting, pick & place, leaflet outserting and inserting systems, and bowl feeding equipment.
Partners in Packaging represent: Vepatec, of Germany – Top load and specialist Cartoning, Sleeving and Robotic loading machines; MAF - specialist German manufacturer of case and tray packing systems; Streamfeeder - Universal Friction Feeding solutions; MGS, of the US - Product handling range of De-nesters, Pick and Place feeders, and “Outserter” magazine fed vignette labellers; Unique Solutions – 2-D and 3-D promotional inserters including liquid pouches; Etipack, Italian Print and Apply Labelling expert who supply a range of labellers including high speed applicators.
The Speed-Disp tray dispenser from Danish product handling manufacturer JKT is the new addition to the Partners in Packaging range setting a new standard for dispensing, the Speed-Disp system has been developed to handle separation of closely stacked trays, dispensing a vast variety of shapes and types at speeds rarely achieved by other systems. |
