More F Series base card feeders ready for despatch

We work with companies which include most of the largest plant bakeries in the UK, to small owner operated food service companies supplying our F Series basecard feeder. Mounted at the end of the wrapping machine, the F Series feeds a single card into each pocket and allows operators or automated processes to then load the product.

Flowfold U card discharge

Partners in Packaging’s optional Flowfold discharge, enables correctly scored U cards and C cards to be automatically folded and discharged in the wrapping machines. Also available to only feed flat cards, the F Series is easy to use and very simple to maintain.

Reliability

We have had phenominal success with the F Series card feeder, and the top photograph shows twelve more machines awaiting despatch to our customers. We supply our F Series feeders to the company that makes those very well known crumpets! They use our F Series machines to save the cost of an operator permanently feeding cards by hand. The return on investment has long since passed and savings continue to be accrued.

Quick belt change

The F Series frequently feeds millions of cards in between services and after a 2 minute stop to change to belt carriage you can be back on production.

We have installed over 1000 machines for feeding Basecards, booklets and leaflets and we are experts in this field.

Our reputation for aftersales support is excellent. Because we manufacture the machines here in the UK, we can send a factory based engineer, who has often built your machine to install it. He then has first hand knowledge which can be passed directly back to the design team for continuous improvement.
