PiP Christmas round up of 2022

Record order taking at Partners in Packaging

Having doubled our production space in 2021 with a new Mezzanine floor in the factory, this year saw a very brisk start with order taking in the first five months overtaking last years total sales. We are very pleased with the success of our C Series servo driven Rotary-intermittent denester-placer with orders for multiple machines secured across a variety of industries, including fresh meat, produce, readymeals, bakery, prepared salads, and biscuits. The ability of the C Series to be able to handle card, plastic and foil trays makes it a very flexible and attractive solution that will add value to your production line

Sales of the A Series intermittent machine for a variety of trays including Card Trays, Foil trays and recycleable plastic trays have also been bouyant with flexibility and rapid and reliable operator size changing being No 1 consideration in customer’s decision making process.

PiP gain another Chartered Engineer!

Joe Stevens, our senior designer was awarded Chartered status by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.

Having worked for us for nearly six years, designing our UK manufactured Tray Denesting and Card feeding solutions, Joe was awarded membership of one of the fastest growing institutions in the world. Congratulations to him.

The team continues to grow……

Richard Howey joins us with a BEng degree as our Electrical and Controls Design Manager from his previous company, Source Bioscience, and works closely with both mechanical design and manufacturing departments ensuring that the machines we design have the latest technology and meet all the UK and European build and safety regulations .

The largest UK Process and Packaging Show.

2022 saw PiP returning to the PPMA-Total show, exhibiting a range of machines including the A series tray denester-placer handling a range of produce punnetts and bakery trays, together with our F Series Flowfold base card feeder handling U cards for the bakery industry.

We had the highest numbers of visitors to our stand of any exhibition that we have exhibited at, and prospects are excellent from leads taken at the show.
