AC - Series – Autolock crash lock carton erector
The AC Series Autolock crash lock carton erector is designed to automatically erect crash lock cartons and place them onto your production line.
Pre-glued cartons are loaded to the magazine and the reciprocating pick head, removes single cartons erecting them and locking the base before placing them. Built in stainless steel execution and capable of handling a range of sizes of both crash-lock trays and cartons, the AC Series can be mounted either in-line or perpendicular to the direction of flow.
Equipped with our robust but lightweight factory set format change masks, the AC Series is designed to be size changed in minutes by trained operators.
